After successfully establishing a home building business in Rome, Ivy Lowrey obtained her real estate license and joined Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. in 2017. As a respected REALTOR with a residential and light commercial contracting background, Ivy is always innovating to stay ahead of the curve, so that quality meets savings of time and money. Although she specializes in new construction, her expertise and deep understanding of local real estate and the building industry allow her to serve clients across a diverse spectrum of options in Floyd County.

Ivy is a native of Jonesboro, Ga., and a graduate of Woodward Academy near Atlanta. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, where she majored in family, child and consumer sciences, with a focus on housing. After college, Ivy returned to her hometown to be with family and joined them in the home building industry. She later relocated to Rome in 2002, and in 2004, formed Ivy Lowrey, Inc. and began building on her own.

Ivy is married to John Lowrey, a local farmer and lifelong resident of Floyd County. The Lowreys reside in the Armuchee area of northern Floyd County, with their two sons, Julian and George.

Outside of real estate, Ivy works with her husband on their award-winning family farm. The couple raises a wide variety of fresh “Rome-grown” produce, including sweet corn, watermelons, okra, squash, peaches and more, together with whole hog sausage, made available to the community through Lowrey’s Farm Market.

Whether at the closing table, on the construction site, or out on the farm, Ivy maintains a commitment to a quality product – ensuring a satisfaction that creates returning customers and clients.
