Haley Gulledge

To me, it is extremely important to understand and uphold your values when you are helping someone find their gathering place – their home.

As the daughter of a lender and an appraiser, it was only a matter of time before real estate made its way onto the resume of Rome native Haley Gulledge. Although she joined the Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. team in July 2020, she had already been following the local market for several years for the purposes of buying and flipping residential properties.

Having been exposed her entire life to the real estate industry, she was taught from an early age the importance of making wise choices when buying the right home — your largest financial investment. Haley is committed to listening and evaluating the needs and wants of her clients. She is well-versed in different financing options, and having gone through the home-buying process herself, enjoys working with first-time buyers in particular. As both a REALTOR and the wife of a Marine, she has a special understanding of Veterans Affairs (VA) loans as well.

Before obtaining her Georgia real estate license, the Armuchee High School graduate and her family resided in Beaufort, S.C. Her husband, Trey, was assigned to the U.S. Marine Corps Air Station there, where Haley made it a point to volunteer with different military family support programs in her free time. While in South Carolina, Haley worked as a dental hygienist after obtaining her certification from Trident Technical College.

Although the South Carolina coast will always hold a place in her heart, Haley could not wait to return to what she refers to as her “cozy hometown.” Just before joining TTW, Haley worked for a few years as a licensed insurance salesperson, specializing in homeowner’s insurance and marketing.

Haley and Trey have two children, Rylenn and Jackson – her greatest blessings. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside, gardening, running and spending time with their large extended family. Haley also loves caring for her animals, which include horses and chickens.
