Jackie Harrington

Jackie Harrington is known for her exceptional care and service, and going above and beyond for her clients. She came to Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. in 2018 after serving as an associate broker and REALTOR at Harrington Realty & Associates for more than 33 years.

Jackie is a graduate of East Rome High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Georgia. The Rome native comes from a family of small business owners and entrepreneurs. For many years, Jackie worked as a sales associate at Jack Robbins Furniture, a Broad Street company owned by her father. Just before starting her real estate career, she also worked with the Kindergarten program at the Darlington Lower School for five years. In 1985, she joined her late husband, fellow REALTOR Jim Harrington, Sr., to continue building the family business.

Having moved at least six times as a child, Jackie became familiar with real estate transactions at an early age. She jokes that her father was a good client to his agent, but also had a keen understanding of local real estate himself. Coupled with her mom’s taste and skill in décor, no matter where Jackie and her two sisters were – it was always home.

Jackie and Jim had two sons together: Jim Jr., also a REALTOR, and Ben, the owner and operator of Harrington Pump Service. She also has two granddaughters, Laura and Kathryn; and three grandsons, Hollis, Will and John.

Jackie truly just loves working with people, but outside of real estate and her family, she also loves nature and the outdoors. When not at work, Jackie retreats to the 17 acres of in-town family land where she has lived for almost two decades, with rolling fields, lots of trees, a barn and a pond.
