Lindsay Hoyt Hunt
‘Home’ embodies so much more than just a place to live. Home is where you’re surrounded by the ones you love the most. The sweetest kind of comfort is supposed to be found there. As your agent, I want to share in finding that with you.
From the beginning, Lindsay Hoyt Hunt knew she wanted to work in a career where she would get to interface with people each and every day. Initially, Lindsay planned to go to law school to follow in the footsteps of her father and grandfather. After successfully completing internships at The Hoyt Firm – her family’s law practice – and at a firm in Marietta, Lindsay did some soul-searching and decided to forge her own path.
Before joining Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. as a licensed REALTOR, Lindsay worked in technology sales in the Charlotte, N.C. area; and in lease accounting, where her clients included different real estate and manufacturing companies. Building on her professional and educational background, Lindsay utilizes her strong interpersonal skills to be an effective communicator that successfully approaches and navigates different relationships and situations.
Despite venturing outside of Rome, there was something about her small town that always seemed to pull her back. In 2022, Lindsay returned to Floyd County with her new husband, also a Rome native, to join their families and continue building a life together. Now seeing everything through the lens of a young professional who has grown in life experiences and spent some time away, Lindsay would say she has found clarity and community in coming home.
With several family members active in real estate – including her aunt Leslie – Lindsay had always been interested in the possibilities. Then, upon starting her curriculum and the licensing process, she was instantly hooked. As the daughter of an interior designer, Lindsay also gravitates toward the home staging and design side of real estate, in addition to working with sellers to get their homes ready to list and market.
Lindsay is a 2017 graduate of Unity Christian School in Rome, where she was a five-sport athlete. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational and professional communication from Kennesaw State University, where she was a four-year HOPE Scholarship recipient and made the President’s and Dean’s lists. She maintains membership in the Golden Key International Honour Society and National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with family, working out and playing USTA tennis. She and her husband, Jacob, live in Armuchee with Koda, their Great Pyrenees dog.
