Steve received his real estate license in 1999, as a Georgia Real Estate Salesman, but focused his efforts for the last 20 years consulting on commercial transactions on behalf of various engineering firms. He has been involved in survey coordination with experience in commercial land surveys. He also consulted on various zoning and environmental issues and reports regarding these transactions. His primary responsibility was working with clients in helping them coordinate the due diligence services needed to close various types of land transactions.
Steve holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, as well as a certification in Paralegal Studies from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and registration as a court mediator with the Georgia Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution.
Steve and his wife, Suzanne Wright, a native of Rome and daughter of Gardner Wright, live in the College Heights area. They are members of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. Steve will concentrate his sales efforts on residential, commercial and investment properties in the Rome area.
