Jeb Arp
A native of Ellijay and Dalton, Dr. Jeb Arp first came to Rome to attend Berry College where he received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education degrees in early childhood education. Before becoming the assistant principal of Garden Lakes Elementary in 2016, Jeb taught fourth and fifth grade for 11 years at Cave Spring Elementary; and fourth grade at North Heights Elementary for one year.
In 2013, he graduated from the University of Alabama with his Doctorate of Education in instructional leadership. Working as an educator has allowed Jeb the unique opportunity to become engrained in various communities within the larger Floyd County.
As a transplant, Jeb brings a unique perspective and background as a REALTOR with Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. With a deep passion for home renovation and residential design, he specializes in representing clients looking to buy and sell historic and otherwise unique real estate properties in Rome, Cave Spring and beyond.
Apart from his work in real estate, Jeb has remodeled several historic residences in Downtown Rome, East Rome and Oakdene Place, including one of the first modern single-family lofts on Broad Street. In his free time, Jeb enjoys taking full advantage of the unique quality of life that Rome has to offer, as well as traveling to different locales and spending time with his friends and family.
