We are Rome’s Premier Real Estate Company
Since 1972, Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. has been a premier provider of full-service real estate. We are the most trusted name and resource for properties of all price points, subdivisions, new construction and commercial in Floyd County and surrounding areas. Our Managing Broker is a developer himself and has worked with prominent developers in our community for over 40 years. We have been number one in total sales volume in Floyd County for over 25 years.
Our Marketing
The Rome community trusts Toles, Temple & Wright. Your marketing exposure will increase in signs, print, digital marketing and word of mouth through a solid network of professional agents who are highly involved in the community. We will provide a customized marketing package to suit the strengths of every individual listing. Our marketing efforts are above and beyond, however, our people and our experience make the difference.
Our Agents
We now have a family of more than 40 agents, seven of whom are brokers, that set us apart from the competition. Most of them carry extensive business backgrounds, long-term real estate experience, and a very strong sense of community. Because all of our agents live, work and play here locally, they’re very knowledgeable on everything from neighborhoods to local events. The Rome-Floyd County community is a very tight knit network and those marketing the properties MUST be plugged into it.
We are a Local Business
We were built in Rome, Ga. from the ground up. We are a local business, so we understand the massive impact that it has on our economy when people shop locally. We have worked tirelessly over the past four decades to create a local, reputable company with agents you know and experience you can trust.
Continuity of Ownership
We have not changed ownership in our nearly 50-year history as Toles, Temple & Wright. We have an active managing broker with, hands-down, the most experience in Floyd County. While Max Toles retired in the mid 1980s, and Sara Wright in the 1990s, Brooke Temple has remained a consistent force in Rome and Floyd County since the early 1970s, making him a living icon and deep resource of both experience and wisdom for our agents.
