Toles & Temple Merges with Sara Wright Real Estate
The legendary Sara Wright of Sara Wright Real Estate is recruited by Toles & Temple to be the company’s newest associate broker. The firm goes to market as Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. for the first time, and the modern company is born with a continuity of ownership that remains to this day. Although not an owner, her name brought such prestige that it had to be included on the sign.
During this time, the neighborhoods of Fieldwood, Riverridge and Saddle Mountain continue to be developed, along with phases in Rivermont, Horseleg Estates and Maplewood Square.
