Meet Jeb & Katie: REALTORs with a passion for architecture, restoration, design and helping people find home. Their team-based approach to real estate buying and selling allows the pair of college friends to be able to divide and conquer so that they are always available for their clients. In 2022, they were recognized in the Best of Rome awards program as Best Real Estate Team.

Together they specialize in representing clients looking to buy and sell historic and otherwise unique real estate properties in Rome, Cave Spring and beyond.

As respective transplants to the area, the team brings a fresh and unique perspective, as well as the ability to help their clients create a vision for what could be through easy design fixes and creative personalization.

With a deep passion for home renovation and residential design, Jeb Arp has remodeled several historic residences in Downtown Rome, East Rome and Oakdene Place, including one of the first modern single-family lofts on Broad Street. Apart from his work in real estate, the Dalton and Ellijay native serves as the assistant principal of Garden Lakes Elementary School, having previously taught the fourth and fifth grades. In his free time, Jeb enjoys taking full advantage of the unique quality of life that Rome has to offer, as well as traveling to different locales and spending time with his friends and family. As a young child, Atlanta-area native Katie Gettis Edwards would spend hours poring over house plans and studying architecture and design in her father’s home office. What started as a childhood pastime transitioned into a love of remodeling homes with good bones and of real estate in general. She has seen firsthand how every home has potential and just needs some vision to bring it back to life. As she has grown as an adult in Rome and Floyd County, so has Katie’s deep appreciation for all the things that make the community an incredible place to call home. Learn more about Katie.
