A native of Ellijay and Dalton, Jeb Arp came to Rome to attend Berry College where he received a Bachelor of Arts and Masters in early childhood education. Upon graduating with his first degree, Jeb taught at North Heights Elementary. After moving to Cave Spring Elementary and becoming more engrained in the Rome-Floyd community, Jeb embraced Rome as his new home.

In 2013, Jeb graduated from The University of Alabama with his Ed. D in instructional leadership. Jeb continues to teach as a 5th grade teacher in Cave Spring.

Jeb is an active member of Rome First United Methodist Church, where he sings in the praise band and volunteers with the youth group, while also serving on the Youth Leadership Team. Jeb also serves on the board of directors of the Rome Area Heritage Foundation and is a graduate of Leadership Rome.

Jeb enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends. Jeb has a deep passion for home design and renovation, and has remodeled several historic Downtown Rome homes and spaces.

Jeb is excited to work with Toles, Temple & Wright. He looks forward to contributing to the team, bringing a different perspective and background, in addition to a new client base.
