Let me help you find your forever home or
investment dream!

Andy Kight is a lifelong resident of Rome and Floyd County. After graduating from Armuchee High School, he attended West Georgia College in Carrollton, where he was a founding father and active member of the Kappa Alpha Order. He went on to receive his degree in business from Georgia Highlands College.

Andy has been a small business owner in Rome since 1997. He previously owned and operated Vend-Rite, Inc. and Elrod’s Glass. He later returned to school to obtain his real estate license, joining Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. as a REALTOR in March 2016. Andy continues to own and operate J & S Properties and ATSJ Properties, both of which specialize in investment and rental property management.

His objectives as a real estate agent are simple. Taking into account each specific circumstance, all interests and needs, he wants to help individuals and families fulfill their ultimate real estate goals. Andy is especially attuned to the fact that the modern home is so much more than a house; it is a sanctuary, a remote office, and even a classroom. He is able to use his knowledge of the market and best practices learned from his buying and selling of residential, commercial and multi-family properties to make the process as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Andy is invested in his community and has a desire and passion to see Rome and Floyd County thrive. As a result, he has spent several years serving in a variety of volunteer capacities with the local school systems and Chamber of Commerce.

Andy resides in Floyd County with his wife, Tracy, a math professor at Georgia Highlands College; and their two sons, Steven and Joey.
