Brad Cargle

Brad Cargle

Brad Cargle grew up in the Lindale and Silver Creek communities, surrounded by a tight-knit family of general contractors, including his father and grandfather. Watching spec homes and custom builds rise from bare lots during summers spent working alongside his father, Cargle’s eventual move into real estate was a natural extension of his upbringing.

A lifelong Pepperell student, Cargle attended Pepperell Elementary, Middle, and High School, graduating in 2004. He was active in sports — baseball, basketball and tennis — and, throughout high school and college, worked full-time in retail and hospitality, advancing into management roles at a young age. In 2005, moved by the events surrounding Hurricane Katrina, Cargle and his family relocated to the Alabama Gulf Coast to assist in rebuilding efforts. While living there, he worked with his father on reconstruction projects and continued his college coursework online through the University of Alabama system. He later returned to Floyd County to complete his degrees and begin building a career as a young professional.

Cargle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shorter University and an Associate of Science in Business from Georgia Highlands College. After graduating, he began his professional career at Big Time Products, working first in purchasing and later in electronic data interchange, where he learned to write code and develop complex information systems supporting accounting, shipping, receiving, and forecasting functions.

Cargle earned his real estate license in 2018 and immediately immersed himself in the industry, beginning at a large franchise brokerage in Rome. From 2021 to 2025, he co-owned and operated Cargle & Allen Realty Group, leading a team of more than 10 agents. The venture expanded into a property-management division and a general-contracting development company that Cargle continues to operate today. His time as an owner strengthened key skill sets in compliance, operations, negotiations, systems management, and digital marketing.

As his personal and professional priorities evolved, Cargle began looking for a brokerage aligned with his values and long-term goals. He had collaborated with Toles, Temple & Wright agents and brokers for years and developed a deep respect for their professionalism and community-driven culture. In fall 2025, Cargle officially joined TTW — a move he describes as a “best-case scenario” with a reputable, adaptable brokerage rooted in decades of local legacy.

Cargle brings wide experience across many types of transactions and approaches each client relationship with an integrated, systematic, and flexible mindset. His ability to problem-solve, course-correct, and remain adaptable helps him consistently deliver the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Family is Brad Cargle’s first priority. He married his best friend, Sarah, in 2011. The two met while working together in 2010 and instantly knew their connection was something special. Sarah, who grew up in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic, relocated with her family to Floyd County and graduated from Rome High School. She now serves as the controller for Georgia Highlands College and teaches accounting as an adjunct professor at Georgia Northwestern Technical College. Brad and Sarah are the proud parents of their daughter, Annaliese, and their English bulldog, John Fitzgerald (“Fitz”). The family lives in The Fairways.

The Cargles are committed to community involvement and enjoy giving back whenever possible. Brad Cargle is especially passionate about supporting children with special needs and organizations that broaden access to sports. He volunteers with programs like Teach Me Tennis while also fostering his daughter’s own development in the sport. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, clay shooting, pickleball, golf, time with his now fully-local extended family, and cheering on the University of Alabama during football season.
