Josh Land

Josh Land is a lifelong Rome native whose deep roots in real estate began at an early age. One of four brothers, his passion for the industry was shaped by a strong family legacy: his paternal grandfather was the late auctioneer and respected businessman J.L. Todd, and his maternal grandfather was the late Toles, Temple & Wright associate broker David Barton.

Land joined RidgeBerry property management in January 2026. He expanded into sales when he officially joined Toles, Temple & Wright in August 2026, where Land focuses primarily on assisting residential buyers and sellers. At TTW, he counts among his colleagues his brother Connor, his father Randy, and his great-uncle Earl Robinson.

Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Land worked as a golf professional at the Country Club of the South in Johns Creek, providing instruction to a diverse clientele from across Metro Atlanta.

A 2021 graduate of Model High School, Land played baseball all four years and was named the Rome News-Tribune’s All-Area Baseball Offensive Player of the Year.

Land resides in Rome. Today, he remains an avid golfer and a devoted fan of Georgia football and the Atlanta Braves. In his free time, he and his fiancée, Sophie, enjoy visits to Rosemary Beach, Fla., and date nights at locally-owned restaurants like Aventine.
