Eric Strickland
With over 35 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential real estate management and development, Eric Strickland joined Toles, Temple & Wright in July 2026, serving Bartow, Floyd, and surrounding counties.
Raised in Cartersville, Eric learned the value of business development, relationship-building, and community service early on while working alongside his father in real estate development. His ties to Rome began in the fourth grade when he enrolled at Darlington School, where he first met classmate Bill Temple. Eric played football for the Tigers and formed lifelong friendships before graduating in 1990.
He became a licensed real estate agent in April 2018, previously serving with George F. Willis Realty before joining TTW. A dedicated civic leader, Eric is very involved in economic and community development throughout Bartow County and Cartersville, having held leadership roles across several local organizations and earned recognition for his volunteer efforts.
Eric and his wife, the former Mandi Martin, live in the Kingston area. They have six children — one daughter and five sons, including fellow TTW agent Ethan Strickland. Together, Eric and Mandi co-own, manage, and independently operate several self-storage businesses. Outside of work, Eric enjoys fishing, hunting, and golf.
