Patrick Cash

Patrick Cash is an associate broker and REALTOR at Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. who specializes in residential development and new construction. He obtained his real estate license in 1998 and his broker’s license in 2018.

Patrick is a native Roman with roots in the Lookout Mountain region between Tennessee and Georgia. Channeling his family’s long history in the building industry, which includes Northwest Georgia/Texas-based Cash Construction, Patrick decided to become a developer and home builder. He has owned and operated Patrick Cash Homes, Inc. since 1998, building all types of houses across the spectrum, from deluxe starter homes to elegant executive estates.

In addition to a large number of custom homes across Floyd County, Patrick’s developments include Woodglen and Keystone, his latest. Partnering with TTW and Wayne Robinson, Patrick also developed Berry Forest and The Fairways, adjacent to Stonebridge Golf Club.

His more than two decades in business have given him a wide array of experience, including commercial buildings and multi-family housing. He takes pride in his work helping buyers at the intersection of real estate and new construction.

Patrick is a 1991 graduate of Darlington School and received his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology from Auburn University in 1995. Outside of his work in real estate development, he enjoyed a nearly two-decade career in competitive wakeboarding, securing sponsorships from the likes of MasterCraft and WaterSports Central. The avid sportsman is also a Level 3 snow skiing instructor and previously taught in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Patrick lives in Rome with his wife, Nan Marie, and their two children, Patrick Jr. and Betsy.
