Patrick Cash, a native Roman with roots in the Lookout Mountain region, became licensed in 1998. Patrick graduated from Darlington School in 1991 and attended Auburn University, earning a BS degree in Exercise Physiology in 1995.
Following his family’s deep and wide heritage in the Construction Business (Cash Construction in NW GA and TX) , Patrick became a Home builder and developer. Owner of Patrick Cash Homes, Inc. since 1998, he and his partners successfully developed Woodglen subdivision, building out a majority of homes in the neighborhood while also partnering with Toles, Temple and Wright, Inc. (Brooke Temple) and Wayne Robinson to develop the very desirable Berry Forrest and The Fairways around the Stonebridge Golf Course.
Currently he has a number of house projects in Floyd County, including custom homes in the county, larger spec homes in the Fairways, and his latest development, Keystone (located in the Model School District off Highway 53), has multiple pre-sales and spec homes being built.
Patrick has built homes from deluxe starter homes to elegant executive estates. His 18 year run in the industry has given him a wide array of experience, from commercial buildings to multi-family housing.
Patrick resides in one of his own developments with his wife, Nan Marie, and two children Patrick Jr. (4) and Betsy (1). Patrick has had a 17 year career in competitive Wake Boarding, with sponsorships from Master Craft, Water Sports Central, & CWB. He is also a level 3 snow skiing instructor, and taught in Sun Valley, Idaho. He attends the First Presbyterian Church and is a member of NAR and GAR. In 2016 he received the sought after GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute), and takes pride in his work helping buyers with their new construction process.
