Susan W. Jones

Susan W. Jones

Susan W. Jones serves as the managing broker of Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. She joined the company as a sales agent in March 2005, and was promoted to the role of associate broker upon receiving her broker’s license in February 2018. Susan’s nearly two decades of experience in real estate sales and 12 years in banking at National City Bank of Rome give her a unique perspective and edge when helping her clients find the home of their dreams.

Before entering real estate, Susan worked in Atlanta as an executive assistant to the president and CEO of International Service System, one of the country’s largest contract cleaning companies. While serving in this role, she was chosen out of 50,000 associates to be honored as the organization’s Employee of the Year.

A native of Rome and a graduate of West Rome High School, Susan is married to Bill, owner and president of Jones Architects. They have one daughter, Summer, and a son-in-law, Gavin; as well as one son, Will, and a daughter-in-law, Ashley. They are also the proud grandparents of William IV, Foster and Olivia. After their kids grew up, went to college and moved out, Susan and Bill decided to downsize and now live in a circa 1916 farmhouse — the first residential structure built in what would later become Rome’s Maplewood area.
