Every day, I hold myself accountable to the seven values I believe are important in life: loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity and personal courage — ‘LDRSHIP.’ It would be a great honor to assist you in buying a dream home, selling your current home, or discussing the local market. With an acute attention to detail, I will make your complete satisfaction in the buying or selling process my personal responsibility. I look forward to working diligently for you. Please don’t hesitate to call, text or email me at any time.

From a very young age, REALTOR® and Rome native Reece Bryant was able to observe some of the trends and transactions in the local real estate market. He would watch as his grandmother (and now colleague), Kathie Marable, assisted clients in buying and selling properties all across the community.

Reece is a product of Floyd County’s strong tradition of public education and wide offering of accredited private institutions. Before graduating from Unity Christian School in 2011, he attended schools in the Armuchee and Model districts. Many Romans will remember an assistant swim instructor known as “Reecie Boy,” who continues to teach swim lessons at Lawrence Plantation (formerly Horseleg Plantation) with his grandfather, Richard Marable. At Unity, he became the first student in the school’s history to receive an athletic scholarship. Reece attended Point University, where he started as a freshman slot receiver on the football team and majored in biology.

Upon meeting the love of his life, his wife Jacklyn, Reece decided to start a family and joined the U.S. Army. In 2014, he graduated from the rigorous Fort Benning School of the Infantry and the Maneuver Center of Excellence. His family then relocated to Colorado, where he was stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs. As an infantryman, he was assigned to the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, and served as a rifleman, grenadier and “SAW” machine gunner. For his exceptional marksmanship qualification scores, Reece was named a Squad Designated Marksman. He rose through the ranks and eventually served as a fire team leader in various training exercises, until ending his time in service in 2017 as an E-4 specialist.

Before joining Toles, Temple & Wright as a licensed agent, the veteran graduated from the Barney Fletcher Schools’ real estate program in 2020.

Reece and Jacklyn are the proud parents of Braylon, Brodye, Jasmine, Bryce, Baron, Magnolia Grace and Brandon. In his free time, Reece enjoys fishing the local rivers, lakes and streams, and volunteering as a coach for Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation baseball and T-ball programs.
