Sam Naff

Sam Naff is an associate broker at Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. with a background in residential real estate and business brokerage. His primary focus is to help companies that want to sell to find a qualified buyer. He came to TTW in 2020, allowing the company to officially add the business brokerage service as part of its growing commercial sector in Rome and Floyd County.

Sam is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture. He later returned to school to obtain his Master of Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, Ill.

He has a corporate background with Kraft Foods as a second-generation associate, and retired from the company as a national production manager. His work there took him and his family all across the nation, with roles in Florida, Idaho, Illinois, New York, Tennessee and Texas. His professional path later had him working for the Haggai Institute for Advanced Leadership Training, where he was the chief operating officer. He was also able to serve the Atlanta-based Christian non-profit corporation in a volunteer capacity as a member of its board of directors.

Before coming to TTW, his prior roles specific to realty included co-owning a business brokerage company and owning a residential real estate company. Most recently, he was an associate broker with Harry Norman Realtors at their office in Big Canoe, Ga. There, Sam was active in nearby communities as part of the Towne Lake Rotary Club, where he served as president, as well as being a member of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce and Pickens County Chamber of Commerce.

Sam and his wife, Sarah, relocated to Rome in 2015 to be closer to their children. Here he had the opportunity to work alongside his daughter and son-in-law as the chief financial officer of Eagle Christian Tours, their Rome-based chartered motor coach company.
