What I enjoy most about real estate is the people – and being able to help my clients with such an important investment in their lives.
A native of Rome, Wanda Kerce has cultivated relationships in the community for more than two decades as a licensed REALTOR. She came to Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. in 2018, having previously served as an agent at Harrington Realty & Associates. Her record always assures her clients that their needs will be achieved through their relationship.
Wanda initially entered realty following a bad personal experience on the customer side. She decided then and there to get her license in hopes of making a difference in the local real estate industry. She still remembers with fondness her very first client – a single mother with a young daughter that was buying their first house. Wanda left that closing table feeling fulfilled and energized for years to come.
Before moving into real estate full-time, she worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture as an administrative coordinator. In 2013, she retired from the position after 30 years of service.
Wanda and her husband, Ricky, have four children, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Together they bought, renovated and flipped several houses before buying a 40-acre cattle farm in the northwest area of Rome, where they lived for 20 years. When the time was right, they decided to downsize and move just around the corner to a smaller property that sits along Dykes Creek.
When she is not working with her clients, Wanda enjoys gardening – especially flowers and vegetables – as well as taking line dance classes.
